You have the option to choose from Gym or Home Training Plans. If you're training At Home, all you need is a set of dumbbells and a few bands. If you're training in the Gym, you'll need access to at least a barbell, dumbbells, and a cable tower and a few common gym machines like the leg press, hamstring curl, leg extension.
No problem! I've included alternatives for most machine exercises if your gym doesn't have certain machines. Every exercise in the program can easily be swapped out. Just make a post in our members' group or send us an email at training@laisdeleonfitness.com and we'll help you with any specific exercise.
Yes, many of our ladies have continued on the program during pregnancy and post partum. I recommend getting the OK to exercise from your doctor first.
YES! The meat options are very easy to substitute with your favorite alternative.
No, not if you don't want to. I definitely don't recommend living the rest of your life neurotically tracking every calorie & macro. The app does have an macro calculator for your individual calories & macros to make this easy. I do recommend learning to track your macros, you learn so much about nutrition and portion control this way. You'll get amazing results with this method, once you get the hang of if you can transition into a healthy intuitive eating lifestyle to maintain your results and continue making progress.
Yes! All the recipes are gluten-free.
NO! You will get the best results if you follow a progressive resistance training program like mine.
Yes! This is called body recomposition (some fat loss + some lean muscle building for a more sculpted appearance) and it is exactly what will happen when you follow my programs.
